At The Stranger's Club, we curate limited-capacity events to ensure quality experiences for all our guests and participants. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before making payment. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of this Refund Policy, as set out below:-

No-Show Policy

🚫 No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Failure to attend an event after payment confirmation constitutes as a no-show. No-shows are strictly non-refundable, and the full ticket amount shall be forfeited.

Participant-Initiated Cancellations

  • Any cancellations made after payment confirmation are strictly non-refundable, unless stated otherwise for a specific event.

  • Tickets are personal, non-transferable and non-assignable, unless otherwise explicitly approved by us in writing.

Event Cancellations by The Stranger's Club

If an event is cancelled by us due to any unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, you will receive either a full refund or credit for future events, which shall be determined at our sole discretion. Any credit issued shall be non-transferable and may be subject to an expiry date.
